FSC® houten bootjes zijn zeer geschikt als sausbakje voor het presenteren van allerlei soorten sauzen of dip zoals bijvoorbeeld aoli of kruidenboter. De houten schuitjes kunnen ook worden gebruikt voor het serveren van losse kleine hapjes, bijvoorbeeld een bitterbal.
